Aug 8, 2015 But anyways, back on subject. The only reason he didn't get the death penalty is because of the jury couldn't all agree that he was guilty and not insane. I guess it's understandable. There's always got to be that one person.

Aug 8, 2015 It's how the legal system works. Just how it is. They can go for the "not guilty by case of insanity" which clearly one of the jurors must of agreed with. Plus dude has no chance at parole, he's staying in prison. Only way they get him out is if they find a loophole in something, which I highly doubt will ever happen.
Aug 8, 2015 What? Lol what do you mean "get out?" He was sentenced to life without parole, he's not "getting out" of any where. The argument is that mentally unstable people aren't fully capable of acknowledging their actions & the seriousness of them, therefore making the death penalty inhumane
