i really liked the beat for this weeks cypher but had 0 desire to do a "cypher" (16 bars, with whatever s-----y theme they choose) so this ended up happening instead...really only had like 10 mins at most to record and did all this (the main track and the backing vocals in that time)

and for some reason..maybe it was my voice control this time or recording in my room (which i do sometimes), i dont know what, but the quality of the vocals turned out to be great. i dont think ive ever worked with my vocals being this clean lol, and i think that lead to one of my cleanest mixes to date by far

and one of my best tracks to date, tbh...i havent played it on speakers yet so maybe the mix is a---, but it sounds great on my beats lol (and my normal headphones..although its noisy at my house so im playing it at full volume through my headphones)

i dunno, just peep it. crazy i was only recording this an hour ago lol

yeahh i really dug that part too (back ground vocals). the main part turned out good too (i was very close to f---ing up the entire time i was recording it since i was freestyling lmao)
