Dec 12, 2022 I was thinking more into depth yesterday about this. Even those that are locked up for years over pounds, should get a major break or released. No one was hurting from smoking weed off some local dealer growing or shipping pounds in. But I’d be majorly pissed if I had some record for thc over personal use. A cop tried over 7 empty weed bags, some had a few stems, but he tried considering it conspiracy for weed delivery that it was enough empty weed bags n s---. I kinda laughed thinking am I being punked or this dudes a straight tyrant. My lawyer hmu the day before court saying not to come in my charges are being dismissed. Still had to go through some s--- and obviously put my name on some possible dealer list. Still pisses me off thinking about it. Our a----s would still be in Russia.
