Only two new episodes left this season. If this week's episode isn't about the Ferguson riots I'm never watching this show again. So sick of them not addressing current events this season. Most disappointing season ever.

Season has been pretty mediocre but it has nothing to do with NOT addressing current issues...If anything that's what has held the show back in recent years...always trying to be topical and clever when they should be focused on being FUNNY...

"c--- Magic" was such an incredible episode though, would definitely say it's the standout of the season so far

I prefer South Park episodes that are parodies of real life events, rather than their original idea episodes.

South Park's been so hit or miss the past few years, it's been hard for me to care about it much anymore. Still, when it hits, it hits hard.

Only saw the drone episode (bad) and the Redskins episode (pretty good) so far.

Apparently this week's episode is called #Rehash and will be about social media, freemium gaming, and another Randy/Lorde performance. Smh the worst season ever continues. At least it's almost over.

I thought it was pretty flat. I chuckled a few times, but I don't remember any of the jokes hitting very hard - which is bad for a South Park episode, and especially bad for a butters/cartman episode.

Loved the drone episode and the virtual reality episode and the freeminum one was okay, thought every other one besides that has been below average or worse though, agree with Arch that this hasn't been a very good season at all.

Report back, some of these episodes are gold man. And this season actually has some continuity/running gags which are always pretty cool

So I know south park always used to just make their episodes earlier in the week a few days before, but do you guys think maybe they made this whole season way in advance? I mean they've hardly touched on current events (if at all, can't remember) and a lot of the topics seemed random. Also with them doing the continuing storylines thing some episodes, it seems more possible to think they may have done that. Maybe they were sick of the stress of doing things last minute and wanted some extra time off, it wouldn't surprise me.

If they're still doing it the same way as before, I have no idea why they wouldn't at least have a topic more related to something going on now. Even if they didn't want to do an episode directly about the Ferguson/Mike Brown situation, they could have had something sort of mentioning it where the boys get all pissed about something and then have protests/riots all over south park. Knowing how they do things, I'm sure whatever would have pissed them off would be something very minor and Randy would be freaking out acting like it's a huge deal lol. To me that'd be a good way to make an episode sort of relating to current events but not making the whole episode directly about it.

It's just hard to believe they're making these episodes the same as usual, but a lot seems different this season IMO. I know there was a little about ISIS in one of the episodes but that's been going on for fairly long now.

I'm not sure how well a Ferguson/Mike Brown episode wouild've really worked with Token's family being the only black residents in South Park lol

^Yeah I know which is partly why I came up with that idea of doing something sort of related to it, but not directly about it.
