How many injuries have you suffered so far in life and what were they?

Stitches in my head twice ( playing baseball, the other practicing sliding in baseball in my house as a kid)
    Stitches in my finger.
    Dislocated hip (football)
Chipped a bone in my knee (basketball)
Clogged a blood vessel below my knee (football)
    Dislocated my finger (basketball)
Sprained my left ankle, broke my right (both non sports related injuries)

i was the light skin greg oden, the puerto rican amare stoudemire and the straight eye'd tmac growing up. I've been injury free for a while now.

I was very accident prone as a kid. A lot of bad scrapes from wipe outs which I still have scars from. The worst one I wiped out going downhill in a ravine and chipped my front tooth.

Another one was playing tag where I was slightly pushed from behind, the forward momentum combined with the push had me wipe out in a gravel lot. and tear open the skin on my palms. I was supposed to go out of town for the weekend, so I did and when I came back and went to the doctors he told me skin had started healing over top of the injury which wasn't properly cleaned. So I had to put my hands in a tub of water with sand paper on the bottom and scrub my injuries. I don't wish that on no one s--- hurt like a b----.

    Sports related injuries:
Playing basketball I was pushed into the pole while driving the net, cut open my eye lid
Playing hockey I was elbowed in the eye, and cut open the other eyelid :laff:
When I used to practice Tae Kwon Do I had those shin bruises for years that never really healed til I stopped fighting
    A few sprained ankles

Other than that I've been pretty good. No concussions or broken bones to date despite playing contact sports for most of my life. :obama2:

Another one, this was a freak injury. I was donating blood and the lady who was talking my blood put the needle in and hit my vein, but went right through it. The first red flag was air bubbles were coming through the tube as they were drawing blood. This made the blood useless since oxygen had mixed in so she unhooked me up.

My arm was sore right away, which they told me wasn't normal but to get fluids.

I woke up the next morning which my arm completely blue. Not just where the needle went in, but all up my bicep and down my forearm was blue. I couldn't move my arm at all, the slightest turn would hurt like h---. I went to the doctor and he told me that blood had leaked in side my arm and started hardening throughout my muscles.

That s--- didn't heal for a full month :mjcry:

Suffice it to say, while I know this is a 1 in 100 occurrence, I could never bring myself to donate blood again.

    -Dislocated my finger playing basketball

    -Quite a few sprained ankles

    -Staples in my head

-Shot myself in the wrist with a wrist rocket (Sling shot)

-Cut my leg open taking the garbage out once. There was a broken glass in it that stuck in my leg, and a vein was hanging out.
-Tried doing a drunken flip off a trampoline once, and basically did a swan dive straight into the ground. Thought I broke my neck, didn't, and have had reoccurring back injuries ever since. If I move just right my back will tense up, and hurt like h--- for a couple days.

    That's about it, nothing major.

i remember i was play street football and as i went to jump and catch the football my hand hit a rusty barbed wire fence leaving a little gash in my hand. I kept playing and 5 minutes later my hand swole up like eddie murphy in the nutty professor, i had to get rushed to the hospital for an iv. :laff:

the 2nd time i got stitches i almost killed myself, i was off of work so i woke up like at 1-2pm and i didnt eat anything or drink anything since the previous night like 11pm or so. I went straight to bathroom and grabbed a blade to shape myself up a bit but i struggled to open the blade so i forced it open and it sliced right through my finger. 30 seconds after i sliced myself all i remember was feeling drowsy and weak, next thing i know my brother was screaming, shaking me trying to wake me up from the bathroom floor he said i felt like dead weight he couldn't pick me up (i weight like 168) eventually i woke up after he kept slapping me. I drank water and ate a piece of bread and my body rejuvenated. I had passed out because i didnt have anything in my body when i lost mad blood from the cut. My brother wasn't supposed to be home that day either :wow5: I almost killed myself over a cut that required 5 stitches :laff:

In the summer when I was eight or something like that me and my friends were having relay races in my backyard (using croquet balls, big and heavy). My partner wasn't very fast so he threw the ball and it hit me on my right eyebrow. I had to get 7 stitches.

A few years back (I might have been 10) on Halloween Day I was riding a bike on some steep hill in my friend's backyard. He had a patio which was lower than the flat part of his yard so there was a wall kind of dividing the two sides. (Like 3 feet high). I rode down the hill and tried to do a jump off the wall but the wall was maybe four inches taller than the ground so my front tire hit the wall and I flew off and the bike landed on my back and my head. I got knocked out and when I came to I was covered in blood. I ended up getting one staple because it was a small puncture but it blead a lot. And yes, I did use that bloody shirt as my costume.

The same year as that croquet incident I was riding my bike down the street (a hill). All of the sudden this other kid on a bike pulls out of his driveway and our front tires hit each other. I flew over the handlebars and tore tissue in my hand. Not major, it hurt a lot though.

Extra (my fault): I let my friend place his hand in a rolled up sleeping bag and punch me as hard as he could in the chest. It didn't hurt like a punch but the pressure placed on my chest took my breath away. Now the bones in my chest are uneven and one side noticeably sticks out.

I forgot I accidentally cut my wrist doing a school project. It took like 3-5 seconds before it even started bleeding. Wasn't deep enough to have it even looked at but now I got a 4 inch scar

-Broken collar bone, so it was me my brother and 2 friends playing 2 touch football in our back yard. I'd say 15 20 yards long and so these coons kick it off and I return that s--- back like Devin Hester and before I get to the imaginary end zone my own f---ing brother kicks the s--- out my legs and I fall forward hard. I kid you not I fall directly into this d--- ant hole that had been there for years and I'm crying trying to get up cause of the ants too I'm stressing but can't move cause I instantly knew I broke something. My mom's started yelling at my a--- and she took me to er and I got a sling etc. s--- was a terrible moment in my life. :sad1:

-Broken Arm, forgot how it happened but this was about 6th grade. Going into 7th grade I started working out for football and ya boy is at a summer shape up camp (mainly dudes with a few xc runners :dotass:) and after missing some weeks I feel healed enough that i decide I need to workout... We're doing box jumps and I papoose and fell forward and pretty much broke my arm again. I stay taking Ls in life.

-stitches in head, basically hit my head playing hide n seek while on vacation. er visit fml. About 8th grade.

-Stingers, throughout high school football played with them. I think there's more I'll post later.
